Elder Care

Our Home Care Program

At Central Boston Elder Services our goal is to understand and meet your individual needs. With our in-home care programs we provide elders, the disabled and their caregivers the help and support necessary to continue living well. Our highly trained care managers will create a care plan based on the different programs you are eligible to receive. In promoting elder independence in the home, care managers also provide you with resources, volunteers and activities that can keep you active in the community.

HOW TO START

The first step to reviewing care is through our free options counseling.

SENIORS

Options Counseling provides seniors over 60 and people with disabilities of any age with the information they need on longterm care services and supports in order to live independently in their community, regardless of disability or income. Filler text
