 Sylvia L. Exantus currently serves as Executive Director. She joined Central Boston Elder Services (CBES) in 2018 as its Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for leading the organization’s financial affairs, information technology and Purchasing departments. In 2022, Sylvia was promoted to the organizations top leadership position responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction for the organization successful programs, services, and outreach to older adult and disabled individuals. She also oversees CBES’ strategic direction, organizational status, and well-being in collaboration with the organization’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining CBES Sylvia had a series of roles of increasing leadership responsibility in finance/accounting in large corporate and medium sized companies with her last role as a Director of Finance and Controller at CRICO/RMF a large non-profit organization, in Boston, MA associated with the Harvard medical institutions and their affiliates. 

Ms. Exantus holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Boston University, Certificate in Finance from Harvard University, and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business.

Fernando has over 25 years of experience working in various financial leadership roles in non-profit and for-profit sectors.  Prior to joining Central Boston Elder Services, he worked as Controller at South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC), a social services non-profit organization operating in MetroWest region of Massachusetts. Earlier in his career, Fernando worked in a leadership role overseeing the treasury functions of a large conglomerate company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession in the Philippines, Fernando received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Gina Hudson, a seasoned business leader with over two decades of cross-sector experience in Non-Profit, For Profit, and Government realms, now serves as the Chief Program Officer at Central Boston Elder Services. Holding a Master of Public Administration in State and Local Government Management from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Non-Profit Management from the University of Massachusetts/Boston, Gina brings a rich tapestry of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Throughout her distinguished career, Gina has consistently showcased her prowess in driving impactful program delivery, streamlining operational efficiency, and catalyzing positive organizational transformation. Her notable achievements include a 50% enhancement in annual program outcomes, the successful implementation of client support initiatives meeting stringent accreditation and licensing standards and pioneering the expansion of data departments to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

In her capacity as Chief Program Officer, Gina assumes full responsibility for the management and oversight of all programs at Central Boston Elder Services. She is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive work environment, championing a cultural shift towards dynamism and collaboration. With her strategic acumen, leadership finesse, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Gina is poised to lead Central Boston Elder Services to unprecedented heights in its mission to serve the elderly and disabled community.

Ms. Lindsay is a Human Resources professional with years of experience. Throughout her career she has been instrumental in ensuring that organizations are best equipped to meet long-term strategic and operational goals. Operating at the highest levels of an organization has afforded her the opportunity to assist decisions makers achieve their Human Resources business goals. Such action has resulted in the ability to maximize human capital and apply contemporary, employee-driven practices, building broad-based organizational and leadership capacities that drive retention, inclusion, performance, efficiencies, and growth.  Specializing in designing and administering Human Resources initiatives to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness while creating systems to support the organizations most valuable assets, its people. Ms. Lindsay received her MBA from Simmons College, Graduate School of Management and her BS from the University of Massachusetts.
