Enhanced Community Options
The CBES Enhanced Community Options Program (ECOP) is designed to provide a higher level of service to seniors who are ineligible for MassHealth Standard and meet the clinical requirements for nurse facility services. Through this program elders remain home and delay or avoid nursing facility placement. These services help elders lead comfortable lives independently and safely.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
• Must meet income guidelines
• Be clinically eligible for nursing facility placement
• Ineligible for MassHealth Standard
